Helen Frank is a gifted artist and a dear friend of my mother. They’ve known each other since high school and attended Rhode Island School of Design together. Back in December, Helen had an exhibit that Mom couldn’t attend so I went in her place. I hadn’t seen any of Helen’s work before. It was such a pleasure to see her colorful, impressionistic paintings first hand and, of course, give her a big hug from Mom.
