My Imaginary Magazine Cover- House Beautiful

I always enjoy thinking outside the box. In this case, I did that literally. I used a storage box lid measuring 12″ x 12″  and added some dollhouse furniture to create this fun summer dining shot for my cover of ‘House Beautiful.’

    1. Linda- You’re right! I think it might have to do with the Bertoia-esque looking wire chairs…or maybe the color scheme being red and white which was popular in the 1950’s.

  1. Some readers asked about the details- printed grass paper (Micheals Craft Store), chairs (CB2), table (my dad made it), table cloth & pillows (Ikea), plates, cups and flowers (junk in our basement), vase and coke bottles (part of Carrie’s gift)
