Soon the weather will be warm enough to set up a table and chairs out on the lawn! And the smell of Daffodils! Not long now! Spring is coming!

Arranging Daffodils

Daffodils are wonderful flowers. Their fragrance is the essence of spring! Pick them in your yard or purchase them at the grocery store now. When using them in a vase make sure it’s clean- wash it out with soap and water. Fill the vase with lukewarm water. Daffodil stems should be cut on an angle to help with water intake. If you keep the arrangement in a cool place and change the water every few days they should last for a week to ten days.
