Check out these pictures of a simple birthday party from a vintage 1970’s issue of House and Garden. Sometimes as adults, we forget that kids don’t need elaborate parties. All they really want is cake, ice cream, presents and lots of balloons!
Birthday greetings! All the way to the front door are bright blue balloons.
The party is set up outside on a picnic table with huge balloons anchored to a basket filled with gifts.
After the party guests get to take home a handful of balloons!

balloons just infuse anything with happiness. i can’t not smile when i see balloons!
